DS Glam Pageant

01 1. Eligibility

1.1 Categories

DS Glam Pageant may conduct the following categories, subject to the season and categories officially announced by the organizers:

• Miss Teen Diva
• Miss Diva
• Mrs Diva
• Classic or Other Special Categories, where announced

1.2 Age Categories

The current website eligibility information provides the following general age categories:

• Miss Teen: 13–18 years
• Miss: 18 years and above
• Mrs: 18 years and above

Additional age categories, including Classic or special categories, may be introduced for particular seasons and will be announced by DS Glam Pageant.

1.3 Marital Status

Eligibility regarding marital status shall depend on the category selected and the requirements announced for the relevant season.

Participants must provide truthful information regarding their marital status during registration.

1.4 Citizenship

The Pageant may accept eligible Indian citizens and NRIs, subject to the eligibility requirements applicable to the particular season.

1.5 Identification

Participants must provide valid government-issued identification when requested.

Acceptable identification may include:

• Aadhaar Card
• Passport
• Driving Licence
• Voter ID
• Any other valid government-issued identification accepted by the organizers

1.6 Application Screening

Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.

All applications are subject to screening and approval by DS Glam Pageant.

The organizers reserve the right to accept or reject an application based on the applicable eligibility and selection criteria.

02 2. Registration and Application

Participants must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration.

The application may require the following information:

• Full Name
• Age
• Date of Birth
• Category
• Marital Status
• Occupation
• City
• State
• Country
• Height
• Contact Number
• WhatsApp Number
• Email Address
• Instagram or Social Media Profile
• Special Talents or Skills
• Photographs
• Government ID Proof
• Motivation for participating in DS Glam Pageant

Participants may be required to submit:

1. One close-up photograph
2. One full-length photograph
3. Valid government ID proof
4. Any other documents requested by the organizers

Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information may result in rejection, disqualification, or withdrawal of a title.

03 3. Registration Fee

The registration fee applicable to a particular season will be communicated by DS Glam Pageant.

The applicable fee may change depending on the season, offer, category, stage of participation, or program structure.

Payment of a registration fee:

• Does not guarantee selection as a finalist.
• Does not guarantee a title.
• Does not guarantee a winner position.
• Does not guarantee participation in the Grand Finale.

Unless otherwise expressly stated by DS Glam Pageant in writing or required by applicable law, fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

04 4. Selection and Audition Process

The selection process may include:

1. Online application
2. Profile screening
3. Shortlisting
4. Audition
5. Grooming and training
6. Preliminary or other evaluation rounds
7. Grand Finale

Only shortlisted applicants may receive audition details.

DS Glam Pageant reserves the right to modify the selection process, number of rounds, eligibility requirements, dates, venues, or evaluation structure for any particular season.

05 5. Grooming and Training

Selected participants may be required to attend official grooming and training sessions.

Training may include:

• Personality development
• Communication skills
• Confidence building
• Ramp walk
• Stage presence
• Body language
• Fashion styling
• Makeup and presentation
• Public speaking
• Leadership development
• Pageant etiquette
• Media interaction

Attendance at officially scheduled grooming sessions, rehearsals, fittings, shoots, workshops, and other mandatory activities is required.

Participants must inform the organizers in advance if they are unable to attend a mandatory activity.

Repeated or unexplained absence may affect eligibility for subsequent rounds or result in disqualification.

06 6. Grand Finale Participation

Participants selected for the Grand Finale must comply with all official instructions relating to:

• Rehearsals
• Stage training
• Grooming
• Fittings
• Photography
• Video shoots
• Media activities
• Promotional activities
• Costume requirements
• Finale rehearsals
• Grand Finale attendance

Any applicable Finale, Training, Grooming, Costume, Accommodation, or other program-related fees will be communicated separately to eligible participants.

07 7. Code of Conduct

Every participant must maintain professional, respectful, and dignified behaviour throughout the DS Glam Pageant journey.

Participants must treat the following individuals with respect:

• Fellow contestants
• Directors
• Mentors
• Trainers
• Judges
• Coordinators
• Staff
• Sponsors
• Partners
• Guests
• Media representatives

The following conduct is prohibited:

• Bullying
• Harassment
• Threatening behaviour
• Violence
• Abusive language
• Intimidation
• Disruptive behaviour
• Deliberate defamation
• False accusations
• Misrepresentation
• Unprofessional conduct
• Any behaviour that materially disrupts Pageant activities

Participants must maintain Pageant decorum both online and offline.

08 8. Prohibited Substances

Alcohol, illegal drugs, and prohibited substances are not permitted during official DS Glam Pageant activities, events, training sessions, rehearsals, shoots, or other Pageant-related programs.

Violation of this rule may result in immediate removal from the relevant activity and may lead to disqualification.

Participants must also comply with all applicable laws and venue regulations.

09 9. Social Media Policy

DS Glam participants are encouraged to maintain a positive, professional, and respectful online presence.

Participants must not use social media to:

• Harass other contestants
• Bully or threaten individuals
• Spread knowingly false information
• Make defamatory statements
• Misrepresent official Pageant decisions
• Impersonate DS Glam Pageant or its representatives
• Publish confidential information
• Create misleading announcements regarding titles, awards, or results

Participants may be requested to use official Pageant tags, hashtags, campaign materials, or social media guidelines for promotional activities.

10 10. Wardrobe and Styling Guidelines

Participants must follow the official wardrobe and styling instructions provided for each round.

Participants may be required to arrange their own outfits unless otherwise communicated by DS Glam Pageant.

All outfits must be:

• Pageant appropriate
• Elegant
• Presentable
• Suitable for the relevant event or round
• Consistent with the instructions provided by the organizers

The organizers may require prior approval for specific costumes, special-round outfits, cultural presentations, or themed appearances.

Participants must not use attire or presentation materials that are offensive, discriminatory, or culturally insensitive.

11 11. Judging and Evaluation

Depending on the competition format, participants may be evaluated on factors including:

• Confidence
• Stage presence
• Communication skills
• Grooming
• Overall personality
• Discipline
• Professionalism
• Ramp walk
• Poise
• Elegance
• Leadership
• Vision
• Individuality
• Advocacy or social awareness
• Overall performance

The exact scoring system and evaluation criteria may vary by round and season.

Judges' decisions shall be final in accordance with the applicable Pageant rules and competition structure.

12 12. Media, Photography and Video Rights

By participating in DS Glam Pageant activities, participants acknowledge that photography, videography, interviews, recordings, and other media coverage may take place during Pageant activities.

Participants grant DS Glam Pageant and its authorized representatives the right, subject to applicable law and the applicable participant agreement, to use photographs, videos, interviews, event footage, and other approved content featuring the participant for purposes connected with:

• Pageant promotion
• Marketing
• Advertising
• Publicity
• Social media
• Website content
• Media coverage
• Promotional campaigns
• Future Pageant promotions

Such use may be made without additional compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13 13. Title, Crown and Sash

Winners and titleholders may receive official titles, crowns, sashes, trophies, certificates, or other awards.

13.1 Title Responsibilities

A titleholder may be required to participate in:

• Official appearances
• Promotional activities
• Photography and video shoots
• Media interactions
• Brand or Pageant events
• Social initiatives
• Public appearances
• Other activities reasonably connected with the title

13.2 Crown and Sash

Unless otherwise expressly transferred in writing, official crowns, sashes, trophies, and other Pageant properties remain the property of DS Glam Pageant during the applicable reign or period of use.

Participants must take reasonable care of Pageant property entrusted to them.

13.3 Withdrawal of Titles

A title may be withdrawn where a titleholder:

• Violates the Pageant rules
• Engages in serious misconduct
• Misuses the title
• Misrepresents herself as an authorized representative
• Fails to fulfil applicable title responsibilities
• Engages in conduct materially inconsistent with the Pageant's standards

14 14. Use of DS Glam Name and Brand

Participants and titleholders must not represent themselves as official representatives, ambassadors, partners, spokespersons, or authorized agents of DS Glam Pageant unless such authority has been expressly granted.

The use of the following must comply with the authorization and branding guidelines provided by DS Glam Pageant:

• DS Glam name
• Logos
• Official titles
• Crowns
• Sashes
• Awards
• Official photographs
• Official promotional materials

Participants must not make unauthorized commercial commitments or endorsements on behalf of DS Glam Pageant.

15 15. Confidentiality

Participants may receive confidential information relating to:

• Pageant activities
• Other contestants
• Judges
• Organizers
• Sponsors
• Partners
• Events
• Results before official announcement
• Commercial arrangements
• Internal communications

Participants must not disclose confidential information without authorization.

This obligation does not apply to information that is lawfully public or where disclosure is required by applicable law.

16 16. Disqualification

DS Glam Pageant may disqualify or remove a participant where appropriate, including for:

• Violation of these Rules and Regulations
• False or misleading information
• Fraudulent documents
• Misconduct
• Harassment or bullying
• Repeated absence from mandatory activities
• Substance-related violations
• Misuse of a Pageant title
• Unauthorized representation of DS Glam
• Breach of confidentiality
• Serious online or offline misconduct
• Failure to comply with official instructions
• Conduct that materially damages the Pageant or its activities

Where a participant is disqualified, applicable fees already paid shall not be refunded, subject to applicable law and the specific terms governing the payment.

17 17. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing or required by applicable law, fees paid to DS Glam Pageant are non-refundable and non-transferable.

This may include:

• Registration fees
• Training fees
• Grooming fees
• Finale fees
• Program fees
• Service fees
• Other applicable Pageant-related fees

Refunds are generally not provided due to:

• Voluntary withdrawal
• Personal reasons
• Travel difficulties
• Medical circumstances
• Visa or passport issues
• Failure to attend scheduled activities
• Disqualification
• Change in personal circumstances
• Other circumstances attributable to the participant

18 18. Event Postponement, Rescheduling or Cancellation

DS Glam Pageant reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel an event or Pageant season where circumstances require.

This may include circumstances involving:

• Venue availability
• Government restrictions
• Public safety
• Force majeure events
• Natural disasters
• Operational requirements
• Other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizers

Where an event is postponed or rescheduled, participants may be offered participation on the revised date or another applicable Pageant event, subject to the terms communicated by DS Glam Pageant.

Any refund or transfer arrangements, if applicable, will be determined in accordance with the applicable payment terms and law.

19 19. Health and Safety

Participation in Pageant activities may involve travel, rehearsals, stage activities, photography, ramp walking, and other physical or event-related activities.

Participants are responsible for informing the organizers of relevant health or safety concerns that may reasonably affect their participation.

Participants should provide:

• Emergency contact information
• Relevant health and safety information requested by the organizers
• Immediate notification of injuries or health concerns occurring during Pageant activities

Participants should follow all reasonable safety instructions issued by organizers, venue personnel, trainers, and authorized staff.

20 20. Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings and valuables during Pageant activities.

DS Glam Pageant is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Participants should take appropriate precautions with:

• Jewellery
• Phones
• Cash
• Documents
• Personal equipment
• Costumes
• Other valuables

21 21. Travel and Accommodation

Unless specifically communicated as part of an official package, participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own:

• Travel
• Transportation
• Accommodation
• Meals
• Personal expenses
• Visa or passport requirements
• Other personal travel-related arrangements

DS Glam Pageant is not responsible for third-party travel or accommodation failures, delays, cancellations, or service issues, except to the extent required by applicable law.

22 22. Limitation of Liability

Participation in the DS Glam Pageant is voluntary.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DS Glam Pageant shall not be responsible for losses or issues arising from:

• Personal belongings
• Travel delays
• Third-party transportation
• Accommodation services
• Third-party service providers
• Venue-related issues
• Personal expenses
• Events beyond the reasonable control of the organizers

Nothing in these Rules and Regulations is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

23 23. Changes to Rules and Policies

DS Glam Pageant may update or modify these Rules, Policies, Terms, schedules, eligibility requirements, event formats, selection procedures, or other Pageant policies when necessary.

Updated policies may be communicated through:

• Official website
• Email
• WhatsApp
• Official social media channels
• Participant communications
• Other official communication methods

Participants are responsible for reviewing applicable updates.

Continued participation after an applicable update constitutes acceptance of the updated rules, subject to applicable law and any specific contractual requirements.

24 24. Organizer's Discretion

DS Glam Pageant reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to:

• Accept or reject applications
• Shortlist participants
• Modify competition formats
• Change event schedules
• Change venues
• Add or remove competition rounds
• Introduce special categories
• Modify judging criteria
• Announce additional awards or titles
• Withdraw awards or titles in accordance with these rules
• Take appropriate action against violations of these rules

25 25. Official Announcements

Only announcements made through official DS Glam Pageant communication channels shall be treated as official announcements of:

• Winners
• Runners-up
• Titles
• Subtitle awards
• Special awards
• Delegates
• Official events
• Official partnerships
• Other Pageant results

Participants must not make unauthorized announcements representing an unofficial result as an official Pageant result.

26 26. Intellectual Property

The DS Glam Pageant name, logo, branding, promotional materials, photographs, videos, written content, graphics, designs, and other original Pageant materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Participants must not reproduce, commercially exploit, modify, or distribute protected Pageant materials without appropriate authorization.

27 27. Dispute Resolution

Participants and DS Glam Pageant should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication and mutual discussion.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, the parties may pursue the remedies available under applicable law and any applicable participant agreement.

Any jurisdiction or arbitration provision applicable to a particular participation agreement will be governed by that agreement and applicable law.

28 28. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, submitting an application, paying applicable fees, attending an audition, participating in grooming or training, or participating in any DS Glam Pageant event, the participant confirms that she:

• Has read and understood these Rules, Policies and Terms.
• Agrees to comply with the applicable Pageant rules.
• Has provided truthful information.
• Understands that application submission does not guarantee selection.
• Accepts the applicable fee and refund policy.
• Agrees to follow official instructions.
• Accepts the applicable judging and selection procedures.
• Grants the applicable media and promotional rights.
• Agrees to maintain professional conduct.
• Understands the consequences of rule violations.
• Agrees to participate voluntarily and responsibly.
